With the Cowboy's season just a couple of weeks away, here's what a few of the top sports sites from around the Web are saying about the Cowboys' chances in 2001.

Since 1988, the Cowboys have had just one winning season. During that span, Oklahoma State has also been to just one bowl game. The year was 1997. Things looked bright for Oklahoma State football. They had defeated Oklahoma for the 2nd time in the last 3 years. The Cowboys were in the 3rd year of Bob Simmons reign.
